Hello everyone, my name is Loredana, I am 31 years old and I live and work on the slopes of Vesuvius. And I'm the typical person who, when he does not know what to prepare for dinner, opens the fridge and with the first ingredients in front of him, starts to create new dishes. Cooking is my hobby, my passion, I love cooking for friends, relatives, but also for myself. A passion that comes when I was young, from "observer", and then grow up and start tinkering with mom and grandma in the preparation of fresh pasta and sweets typical of the Christmas and Easter holidays. I remember that when I went to my grandmother's house with my mother to prepare the "Tortani" and "full pizzas", I was the one who beat the eggs, while the others prepared a mega dough that served to bake the beauty of more than 20 rustic at the same time. And when my grandmother used to call me to make me pour the beaten eggs, a smile opened on my face and my eyes, they still tell me today, shone with joy.
